Joel Davis, a champion for disabled workers, has extensive experience in helping people win Social Security Disability benefits after they have been previously denied. He is also a Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law, joining only a handful of Triad attorneys who have received this special certification from the N.C. State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
Joel is a member of the N.C. Academy of Trial Lawyers (NCATL), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the N.C. Bar Association (NCBA), the Workplace Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG), the Greensboro Bar Association (GBA), the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) and the Guilford Inn of Court.
Joel's areas of practice include Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, Wrongful Death, and auto, truck and motorcycle accidents.
Joel lives in Greensboro with his wife, Erin, and their son and daughter.
