OUR COMMUNITY

Page 1 2

As a law firm, we're not defined just by the cases we win but also for the good that we do in our community.

At Deuterman Law Group, we truly care about improving the community in which we and our clients live. That's why we've chosen to become actively engaged in a number of worthy causes. In addition to Dan and Dawne Deuterman's participation in the organizations mentioned below, our entire staff is committed to community involvement. We encourage our employees to pursue charitable projects that they feel strongly about, and we support their generous donations of time, energy and money.

Kids' Chance

Kids' Chance of North Carolina is an organization dedicated to making sure that children of workers who have been seriously injured or killed on the job receive an education.

As a law firm that specializes in Workers' Compensation cases, we see firsthand how devastating a workplace injury can be for a family. And we understand that the hardships and challenges don't disappear once a case has been settled.

That's why we've chosen to give our time and financial support to Kids' Chance of North Carolina. In addition to donating money to the program, we're actively searching for scholarship applicants and using our resources and influence to spread the word about this worthy cause.

Every year, Kids' Chance gives out scholarships to help these children continue their education at a four-year college, community college or vocational school. Each scholarship is $4,000 to $5,000, and the money makes a huge difference to these children and their parents, who otherwise would have struggled to pay college tuition.
